Thx so much Shrewd, tauceti, JC & Bear 😊 Mushroom foraging is a great way to spend time outdoors and sometimes provides a nice meal too. We found some nice Hedgehogs on this trip too but I forgot to snap a pic of the mushroom/provolone omelet 🥲
