I am hoping for some movment on the scale this week, I have not lost any wieght in 3 weeks. I am not however very optimistic because it has not been a great week. My sister posted some really old photos of me from before I had my son and they are a true insperation. I got there once and I cn do it again.

It stinks when the scale doesn't move, but usually when the scale doesn't move, you will still lose fat from somewhere on your body. So pay attention to how your clothes fit. I had a friend who didn't see the scale move for months, but she went down 4 sizes. Also, if you don't exercise and can, start. It will help. If you already exercise, keep track of your measurements.
