Eating a couple hundred calories over for the last 2 days... colonoscopy prep diet starts tomorrow and it promises to be LOW calorie for next 2 days, until procedure on Thursday morning... what fun!

oooouch better u than me chris---at 57 ive never have had one but i dont have a history and my psa levels are quite good for an old fart! good luck with that!
