It's not even 24 hours into me attempting to change my eating habits and I've failed miserably! Eh... I'm a food addict, lmbo! Last night, 3/30/11, a run to the grocery store for a bundle of asparagus ultimately ended with Reese's cups in the bag as well. :( I must do better!

Try to curb the sweet tooth with other options. Jello makes a 60 calorie pudding cup that is good for a chocolate fix. Yoplait has chocolate whips that are fantastic in the freezer. Mmm like ice cream. Fiber bars too are awesome, and similar to a candy bar. I know when I started my journey I had to find healthier/ lower calorie options to help with my chocolate craving. You can do it!!Stay strong!
