晚餐🍱
煎雞胸肉真的好好吃….
小黃瓜下面是紅蘿蔔🥕炒木耳🤣
還有100g糙米飯+一顆蘋果🍎
如果再餓就喝無糖豆漿惹
減脂94這麼痛苦😖
想想半年前我還是個每天宵夜零食手搖飲的女子🤣
