Light food days yesterday. Great weigh in today. Having trouble getting all the fat. There is WAY too much protein in pork rinds and cheese, darn it! I don't want to have to resort to shot glasses of melted butter, haha. Just kidding, Eddie!
This plan required a lot more planning, but it's sort of fun. As for eating out, my job requires a lot of Chamber of Commerce dinners and lunches, so my outings are not by choice a lot of the times. Endless Shrimp at Red Lobster, however, IS by choice!
