I'm doing 2900 a day. I'm currently at my biggest of 117kg and starting to feel aches and pains in doing everyday things. I know if I cut too many cal I'll relapse and put on more weight. this is only day 2 of using this app and I'm finding it quite helpful is seeing what I'm eating.

I found the fat secret RDA is a little generous, try jamessmithacademy.com and use his calculator, it's pretty well spot on.
