Maaf ya teman teman baru sempat balas 🙏
Bahan :
- 47 gr oatmeal (aku pakai quacker yg merah)
- 1 butir telur (+/- 55gr)
- 25 gr Chocochips
- Sejumput baking powder
- 1 sachet diabetamil (optional)
- Perasa red Velvet secukupnya (ini optional, bisa diganti sama perasa yg lain misal moca atau pandan)
- Air secukupnya
Cara buat :
1. Campur semua bahan dan aduk merata, airnya dikira-kira. Jangan sampai ke enceran yaa
2. Tuang diatas loyang dan panggang sampai matang.
Aku manggang diatas teflon yang ditutup pakai tutup panci sekitar 10 menit pakai api kecil.
Ini enak dan ngenyanginn banget, kalau punya Whey protein bisa ditambahkan juga lohh jadi lebih tinggi protein.
