Question!?!

I was watching a new show on Lifetime called "Cooking Yourself Thin" where they take your fav foods and cut the calories in half and make it healthy.

They said to pick your ideal weight (or weight you want to be) and multiply by 10 and thats how many calories you need a day to get to that weight and maintain it!

Has anyone ever heard of this?

That kind of makes sense...but if you want to maintain it you would need to eat more or else you'd keep losing, I think??? But say, you want to be 140 lbs. That means you would eat 1400 calories a day. Makes sense but could be too little for some people.

you really need to find what works for your body,, I have to eat more when I exercise more, or less when I am less active... main thing to fill up on healthy veggies and fruits... and always make sure you get your helpings of protein and dairy actually when I add dairy to three of my meals it really does make a difference. You are doing great!!!
