Udah vakum sebulan. Alhamdulillah bb ga naik, malah turun sekilo jd 64, padahal makan nyemil ngawur. Yuk back on track, semangat ke angka 58kg dulu. Sebenernya pgn turunin sampe angka 55kg, tp pelan2 aja bertahap targetnya biar ga diet yoyo🤗
