I switched jobs recently and went from a highly active job, to something that only requires light activity. I was already far from my ideal weight, but it didn't take long before my pants didn't fit!
I'm changing up my diet style. In the past I've always just done clean eating and calorie counting, leaning heavily on fruit. It never took long before I was too hungry to keep at it. I've been yo-yo'ing for years and I want to take control of my eating habits without feeling like I'm missing out!
I've decided to try high-protein/low-carb. I've loaded up the kitchen with foods that are supposed to be high in protein. Any ideas for family favorites that are high in protein, low in carbs, and relatively clean?
