I have been reminded this weekend how fast foods add up almost instantly. Even when you think you are eating healthy, put the foods in your diet journal so you will know. :) I didn't get off the wagon. I just have to learn how to make healthy work for me even on the weekends.

I know the feeling, I just ate at Mcdonalds with my son and seen how fast the calories really add up and that was the first meal of my day and it was close to 1500 calories.. YIKES...
You just have to be reminded what and who you are doing this for and you will make it.. I think about that all the time to help get me past those moments.
