minta saran nih gais. jd kalori harian aku 1600 an. nah bb aku ud di 50 51 52 an ak ngrasa ud cukup tinggal PR di paha, ini baiknya ttp defkal atau makan di 1600 dan kencengin olah raga aja ya?
