Today I am starting the Brazil Butt Lift program and doing it for at least 30 days. I like that it has a lot of toning involved and lots of cardio. I am giving up the heavy weights like I've been doing the past few weeks. I am not losing enough weight... I have 4-5 more weeks before the office Biggest Loser competition is over and need to start dropping weight in order to win. When the competition is over, I will start hitting the weights again because I love it. But I will love BBL too.

I have gained almost 3 lb back since the juice fast, but that's too be expected. At least I broke my plateau of 145.0.
