Weighed in last night, and Im down 3.2 this week!! woot woot! I have dropped using the fins at the gym when I am swimming my laps. And, it is much harder, but much better work out. I ran an awesome Tops meeting last night at our new location in the hospital. We talked about 7 saboteurs. How we sabotage ourselves. Very very good meeting for me right now, and I think the ladies and Pete enjoyed it too. I am now teaching the water aerobics class at the gym permanently on Mondays for the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month. I am committing myself, but for now, im ok with it.
