I bought a kitchen weighing scale. I weigh all my food... I think it turns out I am not really eating 1600kcal per day???? But am still not losing weight... Ohmygosh 🤣😂😂🤣😕 dunno what to do now.... 🙃 Am laughing but am puzzled. 🤣
