So almost 3 times in the ER since July & it turns out I’m allergic to watermelon. Eating watermelon flavored anything, caused bronchospasm, which was really bad wheezing, coughing and spitting up white mucus. It mirrored an asthma attack, but the asthma medication‘s never helped, so thank God for Prednisone. So my nieces wedding is only a few weeks away now, so I got to get my fat-ass in gear and detox.

Eat less & stay busy more often. Everything in moderation and small portions.
