My weight loss has been slowing down these last few months.. Im grateful i lost 125 lbs but this last 30 lbs seem so far away.. All this achieved from my food choices no exercise.. Have a weak leg so exercise is minimal.. On a good note I feel fantastic and my walking has improved a great deal.. I reached my Dr's goal of 200 lbs.. My goal is 167..
