I haven't been tracking my food very closely for over a week because I got very very sick with a cold, then in the middle of it had to go out of town to help my friend recover from surgery. I still stuck to the diet fairly well and actually lost weight even though it's been like 9 or 10 days since I've worked out. I started juice fasting Wednesday and am ending it tonight, slowly. I will ease into solid food Saturday. The good news about the juice fast is it broke my plateau of 145.0 lb. I am 141.4 today and was 143.2 yesterday. I know I will gain some back when I start to eat solid food again but that is normal. I hope this had what it took to get my body back on track with losing weight.
