Boy do I have problems accepting no weight loss daily. I know I should be looing at the weekly weights only but I cannot stay off the scale. I am sure I will continue to lose but it can be very fruserating.
97.2 kg Lost so far: 17.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
