Need some help, have been on this journey for 3 weeks, first week good loss but has slowed, any ideas to speed weight loss up. Have 1900 calories but never get close to that a day, can't do alot of exercise due to my back so trying to walk most days.

How much were you eating when you started? You want to figure that out and eat 500 cals less than that. I find it over estimates what I need. Maybe try 1400 calories a day and see if that helps. Keep in mind too you really aren’t going to see a big weekly result it will more be over the course of a month and may be anywhere from 5 kilos to 2 kilos depending on how much you need to lose. Weight loss was super fast when I was obese and then at overweight it was there but way slower and now at normal it’s like a crawl 😹 clothes fit differently so Track measurements. You can find workouts on YouTube for recovering from injuries

I didn't think I was over eating too much. We did go out for dinner but we should be able to do that. Have been off work due to covid Lockdown for 12 weeks so admit being down and just sitting and eating.
