5sdm oatmeal (kalo bisa dihalusin dulu), 2 putih telur, 1 pisang uk besar yg udah dibenyekin, 3sdm susu (bebas mau susu sapi/almond/soy), 2sdm madu, 1/2sdt bubuk kayumanis, 1 sdm fiber cream, 1 sdm baking powder, sedikit garam. Cara: campur semua bahan sampai jadi adonan, tuang dan bentuk adonan diatas pan anti lengket (boleh kasi sedikit mentega biar ga lengket, optional sih), panggang pake api kecil biar ga gampang gosong
