So I weighed myself after running 5 miles, and it was 140! I know it was water weight, so I'm not recording it, but it was still fun to see that needle so close to the 130s!

5 miles? wow! great job. Your weight history looks perfect. Keep it up and you will see that little ticker slip to 139, and it will be real!
