after seeing what happened last night with eating just a few extra calories, i am going to up my calories for 3 days as a test to see if i can speed up my metabolism. going to increase to 1500(that is +300 calories) even if i gain weight, and see if that works. (keep in mind i am basically seditary for those wondering why calories are so low. all weight loss is being done with only dietary means, no extra activity. (cause this is not a diet but a life style, dont want exercise as part of my long term lifestyle)
if this works great if not i should only gain upwards of 5 lbs max i recon. and just start back again.
