Hello everyone, Well I been having a busy week.. We haven't been home much so we been eating out and haven't exercise either unless you count walking. We been running around so much I am so happy to be home finally. All weekend I just relax and laid around enjoying being home. Last week hubby had doctor appt and blood work and other test. Then the kid had eye doctors appts and dentist appt. It was appt on top of appt you know. The kids started school on the 14th and so far they love it. My daughter Breanna says she has a crush on her teacher already. She said he a hottie. Kids you know. My middle schooler school went to uniforms so we had to go out and get him some uniforms. Navy shorts and Navy pants and Grey polo shirts and solid color sneakers which wasn't easy to find in high tops. But other wise everything is going good. As for me and hubby we still trying and hoping for the best. as for the weather well it been so hot here that we hitting 100's still. I ended up gaining weight again but other then that just have to try harder you know. I won't beat myself up over it. Just have to get back on track and do better. Hope all is well with everyone.

Tracking is the best way to go and to keep track of what you eating. I to have a habit of tracking for a while then I try to eye ball it and I always miss judge my portions. My main problem is I am never hungry first thing in the mornings so I just end up having a yogurt and coffee for breakfast. I just don't know why that is just how I am. Have anyone ever tried the Greek yogurt from Dannon light and fit. They are so good and only 80 calories to.
