Not feeling too despondent about the gain - Saturday we attended a birthday party. I do calorie cycling so Saturday will be one of my high cal days. I rather check weekday on weekday, and I’m 1,1kg down from last week Monday, so I’m happy!!!

also remember that "weight gain" doesn't mean you've gained fat. it's part of the cycle of losing. and an important part too. Google weight loss Vs fat loss and it will really help with understanding it all. gains can be hormonal, food related, bloated, retaining water.. many reasons. but for me I found that when I understood the difference between fat loss and weight loss I was able to make more peace with seeing gains on the scale. the process certainly is not linear. it's a very hilly path.

Sorry, the picture got cut off at the top, saturday I was 90,2 and today I’m 91.9kg. Thank @shereen, that is so true!!!
