Well I have been doing this since March 9th--I know its not a long time but I have only lost 6 pounds.
This is the time where I get extrememly discouraged....I want to lose the weight. I am tired of being fat. I am exhausted all the time.
I work from home and once I get off work I clean up the house and then the kids come home from school. I help with their home work and then its time to fix dinner. So by the time its time to go to the gym its really hard for me to get the energy up to even leave the house. I really wish there was something just to help give me the energy to leave the house.
Extremely Frustrated!!!!
