Are you aware that there are actual chemicals that plants give off that effect our moods and the color green makes us feel calmer? The old hug a tree is true. Your plants look amazing and happy they are “growing on you”🪴✨

Beautiful in all aspects! Love doing the wee bit of gardening I do in my deck pots. Reaping the benefits of mind, body and soul. Throw in the delicious harvests and it's all good.

You know what, this is what I miss about my old house!! Being able to have the space to indulge my green fingers in the Garden. Plus for mental health, greenery and plants trees are tremendous for depression and invoking feelings of calm, optimism and serenity .. so its no wonder, your mood is transformed, and there is so much pleasure in nurture and watching your garden grow. Hope you continues to feel better and enjoy your garden

I always disliked happening when I was a kid because it just meant work to me.

Anona, There's something special about eating something that your grow. Very pleased for you. Did you already know about eating blossoms that don't turn into a squash? If not, look into it.

Bandrai, this city girl grew sugar snap peas from a Co-op window sill. If you have wall space, you can do vertical gardening w/a full spectrum bulb.
