So today is day 2 and I think I am doing O.K. Not sure if my menus are what i am supposed to be eating but I'M trying. I am tired of letting my weight control my life. I want to be able to play with my kids, have more energy, shop at a normal store. It just seems like these goals are so far away. 1 day at a time I need to stay focused on 1 day at a time!
