I wss dead tired last night once I got home, and I didn't walk before curling :( I did curl for 2 hours, but I didn't get nearly as much cardio as I wish i would have...
I can definitely tell that I ate too much this past weekend...I had my shake for bfast, then I had a couple Cheez-Its and 4 oz of orange juice when I donated blood...and about an hour later I had my shake for lunch, but I was still STARVING after my shake...I waited over an hour to see if I'd fill up, but I didn't at all...My stomach was growling and everything...so I went to the cafeteria and had a vegetarian taco...Small flour tortilla with a lot of lettuce and tomatoes, jalapenos, a TINY bit of cheese, salsa and maybe a tablespoon (if that) of sour cream...I put the sour cream on the side and tried it without first, but it didn't have enough flavor, so I did put some sour cream on in the end...I didn't quite finish the taco either...and now I feel pleasantly fully...
Tonight, no curling so I'll definitely do 60 minutes on the treadmill...and tomorrow I'm curling for 4 hours, so no treadmill then...
