I'm excited! I found a decent bicycle for myself, and I pick it up tonight. I decided to go in for my plasma donation early this morning so I could go riding tonight, however I found that having the overloaded morning schedule left me overloading on calories today, so I think that may nullify the efforts at exercise at least for today. I'm looking forward to going none the less. I got a boxed lasagna for the family to eat, but have decided I will stick to a turkey sandwich to stay within my calorie "budget" for the day. I'm stoked that I don't have to borrow one of my friends' bikes, and that I can go riding now even when she's not available to. Hubby and I are talking about taking the kiddos to hike the bridle trail over the coming weekends, in hopes of helping to get our young hunters prepared for their Mule Deer hunt.
Last night I took my 3.5mile walk and had to drag myself through the last half of it. Here's hoping for more energy, and a bit more intelligence in making sure I'm better hydrated before heading out. I've been trying to work on the latter all day.
