Pretty proud of myself for realizing portion control for today !! We ordered out at work (as usual) and instead of eating alll of my meal at once- I ate 1/2 at the first part of my 12 hours shift and then ate the other 1/2 later on ! This kept me from getting hungry in the later part of my shift and eating the bad stuff I usually would. Yea me !
