Doing something wrong, my fats are way to high and I'm not understanding my problem. Also seems I'm not eating enough Protein which I have low Protein levels. My sugar is higher than I like it I feel better when its about 103 and it's been around 123 to 127. I have to go to the store tomorrow and get some fruits as I haven't been eating any at all. I have Gerds and Ulcers so I have to really because of my choices.

Tomorrow I'm going to have Oatmeal and an apple for breakfast with a decaf coffee and sugar free French vanilla powdered creamer.

Lunch: Some Zucchini pasta with some sauce and a salad

Dinner: Turkey Chili with some sauteed veggies (onions,green peppers,summer squash, and zucchini with some tomatoes)

I'm suppose to have 2200 calories a day and I'm having a really hard time meeting that amount. If anyone has any idea's I'm sure open to suggestions.

Have you tried flax seed powder, or Metamucil fiber sugar free both excellent ways to flush fat from system. Increase green leafy vegetables. Take it easy with the fruit as it may affect your sugar. Check out the glycemic index on foods that would be acceptable for your condition. Powder creamer by the way tends to increase fat depending on how many cups of coffee you drink a day. Try switching to green tea as this helps sugar levels. I would also recommend that you get some cinnamon capsules take two a day as this will help stabilize your blood sugars. (Proof I have a 80 year old neighbor diabetic for years. I gave her the cinnamon capsules to take and now her doctor has decreased her insulin dosage.)
