End of day 2. This has been a good day. Got up at 6:30, spent 20 minutes on the treadmill (starting out slow, but a challenging program). Spent about 40 minutes in personal study and reflection. Had a small breakfast and then when to religious services.
My wife and I went to Chili's for dinner, found a great dish there that is about 600 calories, the Margarita Chicken with beans and rice. That was around 2:00 p.m. and at 9:00 I'm just getting a little hungry, so I ate a low fat yogurt.
I think the key for me is eat reasonable meals, lots of water and a consistent workout/activity schedule.
I feel good about my day. And all of the comments and support from other members of this site has been so humbling. I've found the right place to make this life style happen.
