My life was turned upside down last week, got some pretty life changing news, and needless to say my diet once again went south :(
I'm trying to see if I can afford to do atkins through all of this, but I'm trying to justify that my health should come first as well as my family's, I think it makes me nervous with food prices going up, but if I don't pay now with the food I choose to buy, will I pay later with medical bills !!! AAAGGGHHH !!! I don't know right now what life will bring but I have comfort knowing that my God does, and he will bring my family through this :)
