Well after recording my food for the last several days, I can see I went waaaaay over on calories for Tues and Wed, between Qdoba, Bliss Yogurt, Papa Johns, and Golden Corral. Over all though I am not unhappy with my choices. I enjoyed eating out, and made food choices that would stay within the Mediterannean diet. The largest issue with eating out, as always, is portion control, particularly in an all-you-can-eat or build-it-yourself kind of setting. Today will be calorie light, not necessarily intentionally so, but light none the less.
