SO FRIEKEN FRUSTRATED!!! I did a 9 day green girl smoothie challenge and followed it to a "T" and gained almost 4 lbs. I dont understand how if I am eating the recommended macros and calories from fatsecret I am gaining weight???? I mean seriously. I dont snack. I dont eat crap food. I dont eat fried/pasta/rice/meat/sugar etc.... Im ready to go back to eating nothing.
