I shouldn't weigh today, I usually weigh Wednesday but I've had a rough couple of weeks, and I'm a pound down since last weds!

I'm very pleased with my progress but how do you KEEP motivated when you have lost as much as some people need to lose in total, but you still have 155 pounds to go just to reach 200 - which is STILL fat?

Don't get me wrong, I'm happy, but it's a mountain to climb.
161.0 kg Lost so far: 24.9 kg.    Still to go: 34.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Well, if it helps, your second photo shows a lot more definition in the facial area. It is a long way to go, but the thing is, you can feel proud that you are doing it, you are very successful, and will continue to be. Keep at it. For myself, I try to ignore the boring repetitive food I am eating, and try to focus on the downward slope of the graph. Just keep going, you have already got half way up your mountain. Brilliant!
