So, I have been drinking water. A lot of water. I avoid even diet drinks. I have been trying to be the same way with my foods...snack on veggies or go work on something to get my mind on other things. I am getting into a routine, which helps immensely.

Water is the best! But I hear it's addictive. One sip and you're hooked for life. Plus, 100% of people in prison have tried water at least once.
