Lack of sleep definitely affects your weight as well.
I have noticed this on days I haven’t had a good nights 💤

its normal for your weight to fluctuate-only weigh yourself once a week.

When I don’t sleep my weight doesn’t go down at all and I also see a little fluid increase like that but don’t worry the next time you have a deep sleep and make up for it, it drops off.
As long as you are eating the normal amount it won’t impact. I weigh in daily and notice this a lot but it always goes down.

Yeah thank you all for your comments.. My weight goes back now to 64...after my long sleep deep rest and 8hrs REM!!!yeah I didn't binge eat! I will continue this.. For past 3days..it was 66..65..66.8..now it cam back to 65.0 then. 64.8

Tough but true... if you don't eat enough calories your body does think it's going into starvation mode and as soon as you give it a little bit more it will go AH HA I'm going to grab those calories and store them as fat. I have found intermittent dieting really valuable.
