Lil update post-fitness assessment. Skeptical of some things but my main interest was the BF comparison to my home measurement. Didn't get a printout so I wrote down what I can remember.
BP elevated at 127/something at midday, going to keep an eye on it. (My home measurements average 110/60 mmHg in the mornings/evenings)
BF 14.3% measured with calipers (less than 2% difference from my home scale so I'm happy about that!!)
Poor: Bicep strength (Baffled by this one, maybe my technique was off??)
Good: Cardio
Fitness level: Push-ups 21x/min Hand slide crunches
