@SparkKG plus dried craneberry and spoonful of honey.
I abstain consuming sugar for the last 20+ years and take honey even with coffee 😁

Only think I do with honey is lemons. I slice the lemons thin, pours honey over and wait a week. The honey sucks all the juice from the lemon and it is the most amazing sauce for chicken or in hot tea.
Thanks for the clarification, the cranberries had me stumped.
