I really don’t understand the scale. I’m eating within my calorie budget and my weight loss has came to a halt for now. Should I go below recommended calories? Idk what to do

Variety of cardio and strength. Just to let you know at first there will be a slight gain then a nice drop

Remember weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint. I find that my body does plateau… then boom, a sudden drop

if you've been in a calorie deficit for a while then your body starts to get used to it, try and up your intake to your tdee for a week then going back to deficit and see how it goes :)
