The past week or so I've been asking one question, "what's next?" I mean, the weight loss is still the primary goal, but it "feels" like the program may have to evolve. I hit the gym 6 days a week and there are changes that even I can see, but as I lose fat there is this sense that the weight training may help in firming up the looseness in skin. This may sound a little convoluted, but as I lose weight (primary goal) and as my eating habits are evolving, the addition of serious weight training is becoming a clear path to pursue. Guess it's time to stop contemplating my navel and get to it! Small moves...
