So far, so good. I'm so excited I've stuck with this! And my new fave diet-friendly food--Mozzerella and Roasted Garlic Chicken Sausage by Member's Mark. I'm hooked. I've always liked them, then I discovered that they only have 120 calories each. They're my new staple. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, whatever. I can't get enough. They're delish!! And no worries. I know I shouldn't eat the same thing every day. I'll stop eventually ;)
