I turn 62 in a few days and about a year since I had to have total hip replacement on my left hip. I’m 33 lbs lighter since the start of 2021 and have been gluten free for the most part of this year. I actually feel better now then I did when I turned 50! I don’t try to get hung up on this whole BMI thing but I can’t remember the last time I wasn’t considered obese or overweight. I won’t make my weight goal by my birthday but here’s to being more healthy at 62!! 🥂
