I’ve lost 27 pounds eating these healthy chocolate mug cakes with fruit on top there might go to dinner. High-protein not low-carb but high in fiber and very low in sugar so not at all like a real piece of chocolate cake.

Thanks Rubato! Looks like you get asked alot! 😊 I found it on your 9/14 and 9/22. I'll post for everyone just like Rckc did the last time. "Recipe: for the cake 45 g Kelloggs all bran buds I do not grind them up but I put them in as it is, 15 g collagen protein powder 15 g casein protein powder 6 g PB 2 5 g Hershey‘s special dark cocoa powder 1/8 teaspoon baking powder mix well add 140 g of egg whites 120 g of unsweetened canned pumpkin. Microwave four minutes and 30 seconds. Meanwhile make the frosting: 60 g of Greek yogurt 6 g of PB two, 5 g of Hershey‘s special dark cocoa powder, six drops of dark chocolate flavored Stevia drops or sometimes I use coconut flavored Stevia drops 30 g of almond milk to thin. Mix well. When cake is done invert on a plate cover with frosting and top with 70 to 80 g of your favorite fruit are usually do strawberries or blackberries in season otherwise I use frozen blueberries But the apples also are yummy"

For the low carbers, there are other recipes available online, too. This looks filling and delicious. And sometimes you just want cake!

I keep it as low carb as I can but for me I absolutely need the fiber Of all bran otherwise It’s constipation city for me. Yes you could substitute almond flour or coconut flour or both for the all brown and it would be low carb although not nearly as high fiber
