Alright this is a bit risque but I love you guys and wanted to finally do a before and after pic. Before is June 2020, close to my heaviest which was 160. Down to 140 and I feel great. Husband works out with me at the buttcrack of dawn and I am so thankful

29 minutes after taking the pre workout my whole body starts to tingle.... its wild. I guess that's the sign it's go time 🤷‍♂️🤣

@JCordy, @Kin, @Mermee You guys are doing an amazing job! Just in case you do take creatine, be aware that it might show up in creatinine blood tests. I knew someone who was taking (probably too much) creatine and put his doctors office into panic because based on his creatinine levels they thought he was going into kidney failure. They figured out the confusion and all was well. Just be aware that it might mess up your blood work a bit.

@EyesoftheBlueDog I take 5g of creatine everyday, my last lab results showed my creatinine ratio all screwed up too. It was double what it should be and my creatinine to bun ratio was out of whack as well. My Dr told me to stop using it or cycle on/off it. Which sucked bcus alot of prework outs have it, and also alot of post workout supplements do too. I had to buy all new stock of creatine free supps. I stopped taking it and 10wks later my labs were almost back to normal.

Hey @little_mermee! I'm so glad you like it! I see a lot of results and I'm happy it worked for you! I only take it just before my workouts definitely not on rest days. That's because of the caffeine and beta alanine- you wouldn't be able to rest you'd be too amped up and tingly! Also something funny to note is you know you've taken too big of a scoop when your butthole feels like you sat on an electric fence 🤣🤣🤣
