Alright this is a bit risque but I love you guys and wanted to finally do a before and after pic. Before is June 2020, close to my heaviest which was 160. Down to 140 and I feel great. Husband works out with me at the buttcrack of dawn and I am so thankful

Your comments and support have been over the top! You are all so wonderful. @jergens I'm 5'5" short torso long legs. 130-135 was my average weight in my 20s but in my 30s I'm looking like 138-140 will probably be my norm. Honestly pre workout is a huge factor although I know some folks like the natural approach, I like the tingles from the beta alanine, it gets me into beast mode. @little_mermee Beta alanine helps you workout longer and enhances muscle endurance, creatine also helps the muscle cells during high intensity exercise and lifting. It also has caffeine. The pre workout I use is gold standard blueberry lemonade. Most pre workout supplements aren't that scientifically backed. The reason it helps me has a lot to do with routine- get up, get my clothes on, drink my blue drink, get tingly, and get into "F*** YEAH" mode for 45 minutes. I've been using it since 2012 and it's just what I enjoy! If you ever try something like that let me know if you like it. You are one of my fitness inspiration gurus on this app 💪💃🏃‍♀️🤘❤
