Figured I better record a journal entry as I feel myself slipping a bit...not completely out of hand, but not the best choices either. Nothing new, even when I over eat or make bad choices I generally get right back with it and on track. But still curious why I still do this?? I wish I could be one of those that say "That doesnt even taste good to me anymore" well, thats never happened. I still love a greasy cheeseburger and chocolate donuts, nope, it doesnt seem to greasy or sweet, it feels divine in my mouth, but terrible in my body....but I still find myself doing it from time to time :( Then I geel guilty. vicious circle. And though I am quite confident I will NEVER be 242 pounds again, I can't help but wonder why it sometimes is such a struggle for me. I feel so much better, I look so much better.....but I still love a greasy bacon cheeseburger :(

I personally think you can still have your bacon cheeseburger. Just as a treat and not every day. :) I think treating ourselves to some old favorites helps us keep going. The trick is making sure we don't "treat" ourselves for days on end. You're SO close to your goal, and I think you're doing great! Let the guilt go; you're back on track.
